A Large 19th Century Rosewood Sewing Box.
The lid decorated with a profusion of flowers against a yellow background. The lid open to reveal a lift out tray with a variety of ivory and strung lids with ring handles covering compartments for sewing requisites, as well as pin cushions and a bobbin. the underside of the lid with a drop down pocket, surrounded by gilt tooled floral leather and a quilted panel.
