A 19th Century Mahogany Table Top Book Cabinet.

The top with an inset, shaped tray edge, above a frieze set with a rectangular fielded tablet, the arcaded edge surrounds the book housing interior.  The whole sitting on a rectangular plinth base.

Date c 1840.
