A 19th Century Mahogany Table Top Wellington Chest. The chest with a rectangular top, finished with a rounded undermoulding and cockbeaded frieze, over six drawers, each with a pair of ring turned ebonized knob handles, opening to the mahogany drawer linings. The chest with a hinged locking gate to secure the drawers. The whole standing on a plinth base. Height 23 inches, 58cm. Width 16 1/2 inches, 42cm. Depth 10 1/2 inches, 27cm.
