A lovely, 19th C, tortoiseshell tea caddy, the rectangular shaped tea caddy with canted corners, the domed and hinged lid opening to reveal a single compartment with lift out lid, the interior rim lined with ivory, each panel separated with metal stringing and a cartouche shaped escutcheon, the whole standing on four bun feet.

Lovely shape and size - great for the collector!
