A Large 19th Century Treen Bowl and Cover. The cover with a raised onion shaped finial, sweeping into the rounded body edged with a ringed and stepped moulding, and fitting over the raised rim of the bowl. The circular bowl rounded inward and downward to rest on a waisted socle, spreading to the broad circular foot, turned with concave and convex profile banding. Date circa 1840.
