A late 19th C Anglo-Indian box, the rectangular shaped box with canted corners, the sides with alternating panels of sandalwood and ivory with ebony stringing and metal work decoration forming star patterns, the hinged lid with the same alternating panels of sandalwood and ivory and also with ebony stringing and metalwork, each panel radiating from the central 'star pattern', the lid opening to reveal an interior lined with green velvet, and the box standing on four brass feet.

Good box and in very good condition....great for the collector!
