A Mid-19th Century pagoda-topped tortoiseshell tea caddy, the lid with radiating veneer, the centre panel inlaid with Mother-of-Pearl leaves and flower heads. The body with good Mother-of-Pearl inlays of flowers and leaves, the centre with a key hole escutcheon, and the base with a canted base moulding. The interior with two lidded tea compartments, the lids with ring-decorated button handles. The whole on four ball feet.

Requires some restoration.
