An Early 19th Century Tortoiseshell Tea Caddy, the hinged pagoda shaped top with a flat surface and silver cartouche.
The edges of concave and swept outline to follow the main body.
The main body with slightly concaved sides and a front with concave outline to the edges, flanking a convex centre.
The central panel mounted with a silver keyhole escutcheon.
The caddy standing on four ivory bun feet, the interior ivory mounted, and with a tortoiseshell caddy lid, and ivory bun handle.
Complete with original key.
