19TH C BRONZE STALLION

A 19th Century Bronze of a Stallion. The horse with his right fore leg raised, as he looks slightly toward his left, with tail raised, his mane flowing between his ears and down his neck. the stallion stands on an oval grass covered base, on which lie his saddle, stirrups and caparison. The base signed for P LENORGEZ. Date c 1850. Height 7 1/2 inches, width 9 3/4 inches, depth 4 inches.
