A 19th Century Cast Iron Door Porter, Door Stop. With an oval loop handle decorated with entwined leaves, over a shank of rising and spreading leaves. The bell shaped base, with horizontal reed banding, and the remains of gilt decoration. Date circa 1840. Height 14 inches, 36cm. Width 5 1/4 inches, 13cm. Depth 2 3/4 inches, 7cm.Ref: 23629
