A large pair of Regency bronze tazza vases. Each with a beaded rim, surrounding the outward swept egg and dart decorated outer edges. The tazza bowls held within gadrooned tapering cups, above a beaded socle, spreading to outward and upward folded leaves, resting on circular egg and dart circular foot. The vases with pairs of scrolled leaf handles. The vase standing on sienna marble plinths, with classical leaf collars. and a stepped base. In very good condition throughout, and noticeable larger than one would expect. Height 14 inches, 35cm. Width 10 inches, 26cm. Depth 7 1/2 inches, 19cm. Date circa 1820.Ref: 22236
