A 19th Century Brass Lion Paw Door Porter, the loop handle with scrolled leaf and rope twist decoration, above a shank formed as rising leaves. The lions paw base with hairy ankle, and four clawed toes.  The rear with cast iron weighting cast to conform to the shape of the paw.
