A mid-19th C bronze vase or tazza, the well detailed urn with an egg and dart rolled over rim shading a band of vines, the body decorated with masks, torches, and leopard skin drapery and above the underside of the bowl with leaf decoration, the whole resting on a gadrooned socle, and dark red marble plinth finished in brass.
The vase set with handles formed as twisting vine stalks, which flow into the vines on the body.
