A Pair of 19th Century Cast Iron Door Porters, each with a loop handle, flowing to folding leaves, above a reeded column, centred to the bottom with rising leaves.  The base formed as bell shaped overlapping lily leaves, resting on a small rounded foot moulding.  The rear of each impressed for 'BALDWIN'

Baldwins were a family firm of Iron Founders in Shrewsbury and thence Stourport from 1788 to 1886.

Nice to have a pair, and local interest for us!
