The 18th century walnut pricket stick with a candle spike within a dished drip pan. The drip pan resting on a 'triangular' stem, sweeping outward in a baluster profile, and decorated with carved and hanging leaves. The baluster sweeping into a socle, standing on the stepped plinth cap, over the 'triangular' plinth carved with scrolling decoration, running to upturned scroll toes. Height 13 inches, 33cm.
