A 19th Century Lantern. The lantern with a loop hanging ring, over the glass domed and folded rim smoke shade, the loop connected to the three hanging chains, hooking over brass swan heads, joined by a flower and leaf collar, holding the rounded glass body, sweeping to a lower leaf and flower base, incorporating the unscrewing candle holder, finished with leaves flowing into the finial pendant. Complete with ceiling rose. Date circa 1840. Height 18 inches, 45cm. Diameter 7 inches, 18cm.Ref: 23308
