A Large Pair of Silver Candlesticks. Each candlestick with lift out drip pans. The scallop shaped and stepped pans decorated to each corner with spreading leaves. The pans fitting within vase shaped candle holders above knopped stems, the corners of the knopping decorated with hanging leaves. The stems shaping to ringed socles, and thence spreading to the down swept scallop shaped bases, decorated to the corners with spreading leaves, as per the drip pans. The interior of the bases with loading. Hallmarked to the pans and bases for Walker & Hill, London 1906. Height 12 inches, 30cm. Diameter 5 1/2 inches, 14cm.Ref: 21612
