A pair of 18th Century gilt bronze candle sticks, the lift-out drip pans decorated with shell covers and folding leaves, fitting into shell and leaf decorated baluster and knopped columns, of triangular form, the edges finished with scrolled flutes. The bases of scalloped profile, decorated with shells to each corner, between which are Neptune masks. Very well cast, and chased, with detailing.
