PAIR OF 18TH C GILT BRASS CANDLE STICKS

A pair of 18th century gilt bass candle sticks, of cast and seamed construction. The lift-out drip pans with a waved scroll rim, fitting into candle holders formed as campana vases with shell rising leaf decoration. The baluster columns decorated with scrolling foliage, and shells, above domed and scallop-shaped bases, likewise decorated with leaves, flowers and shells.
