A Pair of 18th Century Silver Candlesticks. The candlesticks each with a lift out drip pan, with a gadrooned rim, forming the cap of the Corinthian capital candle holders. The capitals resting on fluted columns, with rising stop reeds, the columns resting on ring socles, above the spreading bases, decorated with leaves falling to each corner, the root rim decorated with gadrooning, as per the drip pans. Hallmarked for WA, London 1768. Height 11 3/4 inches, 30cm. Width 5 inches, 13cm. Depth 5 inches, 13cm.
