A pair of 19th C painted and gilt candlesticks/lamp bases, the candlesticks on a triform base section with gilt laurel leaf wreath to the centre panel and gilt harebell decoration to either side, the 'knopped' stem with gilt acanthus leaf decoration and further gilt acanthus leaves to the upper stem, standing on three gilt lion's paw feet.  These bases are weighted, have been drilled for use as lamps and are the usual pattern, with only one side decorated.

Very decorative and would make a nice pair of lamps!
