A Pair of George III Candlesticks. The cut glass candlesticks with vase shaded candle holders, with eight slice cut panels, resting on ringed and waisted socles. The octagonal stems, with broadening caps and bases, resting on ringed and waisted socles, as per the candle holders. the bases spreading to a circular, slightly rounded foot, the undersides with ground pontils. Date c 1780. Height 10 3/4 inches, width 5 inches, depth 5 inches.Ref: 21104
