A Pair of Walnut Candlesticks, Pricket Sticks. The pair of 19th Century Walnut Sticks with broad drip pans, centred by copper pricket spikes. The undersides of the drip pans sweeping inward and downward to ringed and waisted socles. The stems of rising barley twist form, resting on circular bases carved with hanging leaves as they spread to ringed and stepped edges. Date c 1850.
