A GEORGE III MAHOGANY CASED BRACKET CLOCK. The two step, bell top case with pineapple finials, and a pierced leaf scroll and pineapple pediment. The door, with brass spandrels and an inner brass glazing mould, enclosing a silvered arch dial with a Roman numeral chapter ring, subsidiary strike/silent, and a date ring. The dial engraved for Robert wood London. The 8 day twin fusee movement with a strike repeat pull all within an attractively engraved back plate. The case with inverted arch side panels, with carrying handles above, the whole on four brass ogee bracket feet.
