A 19th Century Oak Stick Barometer, the ceramic dials enclosed behind glazed framing.  the main dial titled ' Admiral Fitzroy's Storm Barometer' with a royal coat of arms.  The side dials titled for Nigretti & Zamba instrument makers to Her Majesty, Holburn Viaduct, Regent St & Cornhill.  The tube with an adjustable recording cursor, altered/ moved with a gilt brass knob mounted immediately below the dial casing.  The central body with a ceramic gauged thermometer titled 'Nigretti & Zamba'.  The body finished with ogee moulded cistern cover and ogee plinth mould.  The cistern with adjusting screw underneath.
