An Early 19th Century Rosewood and Brass Cased Double Fusee Bracket or Mantle Clock, the stepped and shaped top with a brass pineapple finial, the main body with fielded panels, with brass edging, brass stringing to the plinth and four ball feet.
The sides of the case with brass fish scale panels, backed with silk and a scrolled foliate ring handle to each side.
The convex dial with Roman numerals, and 'Smith, Cornhill, London'.
The movement striking on a bell and the back plate with engraved decoration.

A very elegant piece, in good original and working order.
