An 18th Century Polychrome Plate. The rim decorated with chevron wiggle work, surrounding a band of hanging flower heads. The central scene painted with a sailing boat, on a lake, with houses and trees beyond. The central scene enclosed by a hatched and chevron wiggle work border. The rear with a small foot rim. Date c 1760. Diameter 9 inches, height 1 1/4 inches.
