An 18th Century Delft Charger. The charger with a rim edge in ochre, surrounding a dotted and block border, enclosing spreading flowers. The centre of the charger with another dotted and block border, surrounding a scene of a lake, with an island, on which a temple and long house, sitting amongst tall trees and ferns. The rear with a small recessed foot rim. Date circa 1740. Height 2 inches, 5cm. Diameter 13 3/4 inches, 35cm.Ref:
