A Late 18th Century Delft Charger. With a sloping rim, decorated with tasselled ovals, between a hatched and dotted ground. The centre of the charger decorated with a scene of a woman and young boy standing in a garden beside a fence around which blooms and flowers grow, as a butterfly flits above. The charger raised on a small foot rim. Height 2 1/4 inches, 6cm. Width 13 3/4 inches, 35cm. Depth 13 3/4 inches, 35cm. Date circa 1790.Ref: 23699
