A Late 18th Century Delft Vase. The vase with a raised collar, decorated with dotted ovals, and star bursts. The baluster shaped body painted with a scene of a tree in full bloom. A Bird perches in the tree, reaching up to peck at a fruit. The blooms flower around the vase, and a dragonfly hovers above the flowers. The body tapering to a waist, and thence spreading foot, with blue line banding. Height 8 inches, 20cm. Width 6 inches, 15cm Depth 6 inches, 15cm. Date c 1770.Ref:
