A 19th C Imari vase, the baluster shaped body with two reserves decorated with flowers in a planter and Asiatic pheasants and birds, two further reserves with foliage, tendrils and pheasants, the shoulders of the vase with cartouches of alternating decoration including blooms and butterflies, all below a bell shaped lid with similarly decorated panels/cartouches and a gilt capped finial, the vase and lid with gilt highlights.

Quite intensely decorated, great colours and in very good condition.
