A 19th Century Imari Vase. The vase with a raised rim, decorated with alternating flower filled panels. The rounded shoulders over the tapering body, falling to a small raised foot rim. The vase decorated with large geometric scrolled reserves, filled with scenes of an Oriental garden, amongst which birds perch. The reserves against a flower an petal filled background. The lower body with an arcaded banding. Date circa 1840. Height 14 inches, 36cm. Diameter 11 1/2 inches, 29cm.Ref:
