A Late 19thC Terracotta Figure of George Washington. The late 19thC terracotta figure of George Washington, he stands in thoughtful contemplation, holding his chin in one hand, and an opened book in the other. He stands wearing a bicorn hat, a long tailed wig, cloak, frock coat and breeches. All is naturalistically decorated, the figure raised up on a small conforming plinth. Height: 30", 76cm.
