The pair of Delft jars, each with a reeded bell shaped cover, topped by a lion finial. The covers decorated with a band of mixed flowers, the rims finished with darted decoration. The bodies with raised collars, above rounded and reeded melon shaped bodies, decorated to the shoulders with reserves of flowers and scrolling leaves, between borders, flowers and scrolled decoration. The bodies with decoration of mixed flowers, as per the covers. The bodies tapering to outward chamfered foot rims, decorated with darting, as per the cover rims.
