An early 18th Century Delft apothecary jar, the tall neck with a raised ring to the rim edge. The baluster-shape body with a title "Lilior Conval" within a border decorated with a lion mask supporting a basket of fruits to the top, and a winged cherub mask, flanked by flowers to the bottom. The panel with scrolled edges on which a pair of exotic birds perch, pecking at the fruits in the basket. The jar with a spreading circular foot.
Height 11 inches; diameter 6 1/2 inches.
