An Early 19th Century Tin Glaze Jar and Cover. The brass cover with an acorn finial, over the slightly domed body, the rim finished to a round edge, and fitting over the raised collar of the jar. The shoulders with a banded edge. The cylindrical body with leaf cup handles, finished to the base with a banded edge and rounded foot. The jar with a flower and leaf reserve surrounding further sprigs of flowers, and the title '4'. Date circa 1800. Height 13 inches, 33cm. Width 12 inches, 30cm. Depth 9 inches, 23cm.Ref: 23258a
