Delftware/Ceramics >> GOOD 18TH C DELFT VASES & COVERS

A Pair of Good 18th Century Delft Vases and Covers.

Each with an octagonal bell shaped lid, topped with a dog of Phoo finial and decorated with a garden within a raised scroll leaf border.  The octagonal baluster shaped bodies with raised relief cartouche borders, centred by decoration of a young Chinese lady, seated in a garden, with a bird of paradise perched on the garden fence, butterflies, trees and flowers in the background.  The collar, sides and rear of the vase also painted with cherry blossom and flowers.  The underside with the makers mark.

Very attractive and good decoration.
