A Pair of 18th Century Delft Vases.

Each with a raised collar, above an octagonal baluster shaped body, shaped and tapered to a foot rim.  The body painted with a scene showing a huntsman, in tricorn hat, a long coat, blowing a horn, his dog beside him, they stand at a tree, looking across a lake, on which boats sail, toward a church on the far bank.  The scene held within raised relief scrolled borders, with scrolled flowers against a stippled ground in the spandrels. The sides, rear and collar of the vases with flower and fern decoration.  The base with three bells mark for De Drie Glocken.

Date c 1760.

Height 8 3/4 inches, width 6 inches, diameter 4 1/2 inches.
