A Pair of Good Sized 18th Century Delft Vases and Covers. Each with a finial topped bell shaped cover, decorated with flower filled reserves, within scrolling backgrounds. The covers with broad rims, decorated with scrolling leaves. The vase with a raised collar, likewise decorated with scrolling leaves over the baluster shaped bodies, decorated with reserves of an oriental garden, within which a bird perches and butterflies flit. The reserves set within flower filled and hatched grounds. Date circa 1750. Height 14 1/4 inches, 36.5cm. Diameter 8 inches, 20cm.Ref: 23705
