A Pair of 18th Century Imari Vases and Covers. The bell shaped shaped covers, with onion finials, and wide rims, fitting within raised collars. The baluster shaped bodies tapering to small foot rims, sitting within good European rococo ormolu mounts. The vases decorated with abundant flowers and foliate, in an arrangement of reserves and panels. Height 17 1/2 inches, width 9 inches, depth 9 inches. Date c 1740.Ref: 21067
