A Pair of 18th Century Delft Flower Bricks. The large flower bricks, each of rectangular shape. The raised rims surrounding a centre of a pair of square bulb holes, surrounded by nine flower stalk holes. The grid with blue line edging, the inner rims with wiggle decoration. The bodies of the flower bricks painted with wild blooming flowers to all four sides. The whole raised up on bracket feet. Date c 1740. Height 5 inches, 12cm. Width 8 inches, 20cm. Depth 3 3/4 inches, 9.5cm.
