A Pair of Counter Facing Salt Glazed Lions. Each lion lying down, their front paws crossed, as the beasts, with extravagant manes, look slightly over their right shoulders. Their rear legs drawn up, and long tails curling over their hind quarters. The lions resting on rectangular plinth bases, with rebated double mould edges. The undersides marked for 'B M' 1914.
