A Set of Three Early 19th Century Brass and Burnished Steel Fire Tools. The brass handles with good decoration in the form of a gadroon and bead top emerging from an ogee shaped floral and leaf decorated collar. The main handles with interwoven reeded borders, centred by flower heads and fleur de lyse. The burnished steel shanks with ring socles, the shanks running to a flower head pierced bull shaped shovel, a poker and pair of tongs. Date 1820Ref: 20692
