An 18th Century Side Table. The top with broad crossbandings and facings, surrounding line inlays finished to each corner with ebony re-entrant corners, enclosing the quarter veneer centre. The frieze with two drawers, likewise decorated, the decoration repeated to the side panels. The body with boxwood and ebony 'fluted' corner rails, above the four square tapering legs, likewise inlaid in boxwood and ebony to simulate flutes. Height 29 inches, 74cm. Width 20 inches, 51cm. Depth 13 inches, 33cm. Date circa 1780.Ref: 21950
