A 19th Century pollard oak 3-tier dumb waiter, dinner wagon, each tier with a broad cross-banded edge finished with a concave and rounded moulding. The cross-banding surrounded centres of parquetry, the parquetry made up of pollard, burr, straight grain, and a quarter- cut oak, to form a geometric pattern. Each tier held between ring and barrel columns centred by circular flower head paterae. The whole standing on four ring and turned tapering legs finished with brass cup castors.
H 50 inches; w 48 inches; d 22 1/2 inches.
