A 19th Century High Backed Windsor Arm Chair. The hooped back enclosing spindles flanking a shaped and pierced back splat, the form repeated below the arm/back rail. The arms curving forward to broad rounded hand rests, the arms supported by ring and bobbin uprights. The saddled seat above four slightly splayed ring turned and tapered legs, joined by double stretchers. Height 46 1/2 inches, width 27 inches, depth 24 inches. Date c 1850.Ref:
