19TH C OAK BOOK TRAY

A 19th century oak book tray, the central divide with a balustrade of ring and tapered columns repeated to the scroll ended sides, and topped with a brass leaf cast and scrolled carrying handle. The centre of the divide with a pierced radiating leaf burst. The edges of the tray with a down-swept mould edge, and the tray raised up on four brass ball feet.

H 7 1/2 inches; w 19 1/2 inches; d 12 3/4 inches.
