An Early 18th Century Oak Table. The George I Table with drop leaves, the leaves rising on a gate leg action to form an oval top when open. The table above a frieze with bow profile edge, one end with a long drawer. The table on turned legs with baluster and ring shaping. The legs joined by stretchers with mould edging. The table finished with cup feet. Height 29 inches, width 57 1/2 inches (leaves up), depth 50 1/2 inches (leaves up). Date c 1720.
