An Early 19th Century Mahogany & Marble Console Table. The well variegated marble top, above a concave profile frieze drawer, with good oak linings, and a brass key hole escutcheon. The lower frieze finished with a double rounded moulding, above the scrolled and tapered legs, finished to the bottoms with lions paw feet. The rear legs flat profiled and finished with concave socles. The table standing on a rectangular plinth raised with shaped ball feet. The whole in well figured mahogany. Date c 1830. Height 35 inches, width 34 inches, depth 18 1/2 inches.
