A 19th Century Elm and Oak Windsor Chair.

The hooped back enclosing spindles which surround the pierced and shaped back splay.  The arm rest sweeping around the back and supported by ring and baluster shaped uprights.  The saddled elm seat resting on four slightly splayed ring turned tapering legs, joined by a crinoline stretcher.

Date c 1830.
